Level 3 Early Years Educator

Educators work in a wide variety of childcare settings to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements set by Government for the learning, development, and care.

Over the 15 month programme, practitioners will learn how to effectively plan activities through play which support the development of essential literacy and numeracy skills, as well as learning how to observe children's progress and how to supervise others to ensure learning environments meet the necessary health and safety, security, confidentiality of information, and safeguarding requirements to promote the welfare of children.
